Greg is my hero! I had my carpets cleaned by another company and I HAVE NO idea what they used, but in the process of cleaning my carpets they took the finish off my linoleum kitchen floor. They dripped something on it as they leaving, leaving me with a huge discolored spot in the middle of my kitchen. The owner of that company ended up not insured and left us high and dry. Greg came out and was wonderful,not only did he fix my floor and re cleaned the carpet correctly, but he really went above and beyond to help me out. My carpets and floors are beautiful now and I will only use ducati deepcleen from now on. Greg saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and a claim to my insurance company and for that I can not thank him enough!! And as plus, Greg is super professional, super friendly and a real pleasure to work with.
