A little bit about us..
Having 15 years of experience in carpet installation and over 10 years experience in carpet & upholstery cleaning (working with other firms), I decided to start my own business venture with the support of my wife and family. "ducati deepcleen" is now 5 years old and continues to grow. One of the reasons for going out on my own was that I didn't care for the high pressure sales tactics that most of the large franchised companies utilize. I believe that you can fulfill your customers needs, leave feeling satisfied with the services you've provided, and run a profitable business without pressuring your customers.
My wife and I have four children. We have a 19 year old daughter and three sons, an 18 year old, a 6 year old and a 3 year old.We are members of Chews United Methodist Church in Glendora, NJ. The kids are very involved with alot of activities in youth group, and Sunday school at Chews. Joanne is part of the church choir and women's group and I'm the youth leader and a team member of the Chews Men's Christian bowling team. With four children and a family business, I guess you could say we stay fairly busy.
As far as our business, Joanne runs all of the day to day office operations with some help, and I spend most of my time in the field, either cleaning or giving estimates. We consider ourselves simple people who are grateful to have had the resources to start our own business. We believe that hard work and a personal connection with our customers is the ultimate formula for our future success. We look forward to speaking with you and discussing your cleaning needs.

DID YOU KNOW?
Regular cleaning will not always cure pet urine and odor issues. In some cases these problems seep down into the padding and even the sub-floor.
Service was wonderful, which is extremely hard to find today.
You called back immediately, explained well, showed up on time and did a great job.
Most carpet manufactors suggest having your carpets cleaned every 12 to 18 months to maintain your warranty.
You should vacuum your carpets according to the size of your household- four people = vacuuming four times a week and so on.
